This site is operated by Yeats Works Limited (“Yeats”, “we”). This policy explains what personal data we collect through sippproperty.co.uk and how we use it.

What we collect

  • Forms. When you submit an enquiry, contact form or guide request, we receive the details you enter (name, email, phone if given, and your message). Form submissions are processed by Formspree, which forwards them to us by email.
  • Analytics. With your consent, we use Google Analytics to understand which pages are read. Data is collected subject to Google’s privacy terms.
  • Advertising (Meta pixel). With your consent, we use the Meta (Facebook and Instagram) pixel so that visitors to this site may later be shown relevant ads for Engine Works Park and similar Yeats schemes on Meta platforms. The pixel records that you visited and which pages, and adds you to an advertising audience; it does not tell us who you are by name.

Cookies and consent

Analytics and advertising cookies (Google Analytics and the Meta pixel) are not loaded until you accept them via the banner shown on your first visit. If you decline, neither is set. You can change your mind at any time by clearing this site’s data in your browser, which brings the banner back, or by using your Meta ad-preferences to opt out of personalised ads.

How we use it

  • To respond to your enquiry or send you the guide you requested.
  • To contact you about Engine Works Park or similar Yeats schemes where you have asked us to.
  • We do not sell personal data or share it with third parties for their marketing.

Legal basis and retention

We process enquiry data on the basis of legitimate interest in responding to you. Enquiry records are kept for as long as reasonably needed to handle the enquiry and any follow-up, after which they are deleted.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time. Email hello@sippproperty.co.uk and we will act on the request promptly. You can also complain to the ICO (ico.org.uk).

Third-party services

Form processing: Formspree Inc. and Resend (transactional email). Analytics: Google Analytics. Advertising: Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd (pixel and audiences). Hosting: Vercel Inc. Each processes data under its own privacy terms, and the consent-based services load only after you accept.
